Connect Ahrefs to AI — backlink context via Zylx
Connecting Ahrefs to Zylx Studio with your Ahrefs API key reads domain authority, backlinks, referring domains, organic keywords, and competitor data into your workspace's Business Brain. Authorized AI assistants — Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible client — can then reason about your link profile and search landscape next to the rest of your business: real traffic, search queries, store data, and revenue.
The Ahrefs connector is read-only. Zylx pulls data through Ahrefs' API using your key and your plan's quota; it never modifies anything in your Ahrefs account.
How the connection is wired
Ahrefs remains your research tool; Zylx makes its data part of the persistent context your AI works from. This is different from asking an assistant to eyeball an Ahrefs export — the context stays connected, scoped, and refreshable.

You stay in control
You supply the API key and can revoke it in Ahrefs at any time; usage draws on your Ahrefs plan's API quota and is workspace-scoped.
What disconnecting does
Disconnect in Zylx or revoke the key and Ahrefs data stops flowing into the Brain.
