About Jaeden
Before software, Jaeden's background was mechanical. Working with mechanical systems taught him a way of thinking that still shapes everything he builds: when something is complicated, take it apart. Understand every part. Find what is actually happening. Then rebuild it better.
That mindset eventually moved from engines and machines into websites, software, automation, artificial intelligence, businesses and financial systems — different materials, same discipline. A business is a system. Search is a system. An AI assistant working with real business data is a system of systems. They can all be dismantled, understood and rebuilt.
A recurring theme in his work is learning through building. He enjoys finding problems, investigating why they exist, and constructing systems that solve them — and at times he deliberately sets himself difficult challenges simply because solving them teaches him something no shortcut would. What drives the work is a search for the underlying truth of how systems behave, rather than accepting the surface-level explanation.

How I Think
I want to understand why something works — not just know that it works.
Take it apart
When something is complicated, dismantle it. Understand every part, trace cause and effect, and find what is actually happening — not the surface-level explanation of it.
Rebuild it better
Understanding is only half the job. The other half is putting the system back together in a form that works better than before — then testing whether it really does.
Learn by building
The fastest way to understand a system is to build one. Sometimes that means deliberately taking on a hard problem — or inventing one — because solving it teaches something nothing else would.
